Membership:

• Members will be invoiced at the beginning of each calendar year for dues pertaining to that same year. Membership dues are non-refundable.
  
• Renewal – Membership shall automatically renew upon each anniversary date (Jan 1st) unless terminated in accordance to the following:
  
  • The Member fails to pay any sum(s) due to CPAWC with regards to membership dues and such sum(s) remain unpaid for 90 days after invoicing.
    
  • For the avoidance of doubt, termination of membership for any reason shall not entitle the Member to any refund of the annual sum due
    
• Your membership in CPAWC entitles you to notices and other communications which CPAWC may decide to distribute from time to time to members in general or to you as an individual or company specifically. By accepting membership in CPAWC, you authorize us to communicate with you as an individual or your company via mail, fax, email, telephone, text messaging or any combination thereof and such other mode(s) as CPAWC determines.
