Welcome to CPAWC
The new Commercial Production Association of Western Canada is working to make shooting in Western Canada better for productions, better for industry professionals, and better for the local community.
We want to develop a production atmosphere which encourages partnerships with other related associations and businesses and ideally creates equality among the different facets of our industry.
We want our members to understand that being a part of CPAWC will assist in developing a community of production personnel who support each other and further our industry as a whole.
Commercial crew are often known as the lone cowboys of the business and convincing some of you to join us may be a challenge. If you have any questions, don't hestitate to contact any of our boardmembers.
Through consultation with stakeholders such as industry, government and community representatives, CPAWC will be able to identify and address the issues affecting commercial production in Western Canada. These relationships can ultimately develop a unifiying and powerful force for change.
